Avin Learning provides two seperate plan options, each with its unique pricing structure and policies, featuring varying fees based on the student's academic year.
1. Committed Plan
The Committed Plan is designed for families who commit to the full school term. In exchange for this commitment, the plan offers a reduced weekly auto-debit.
a. Fees
Year 4 – Year 7: $76 every school week* per 1-on-1 session
Year 8 – Year 10: $82 every school week* per 1-on-1 session
Year 11 – Year 12: $86 every school week* per 1-on-1 session
*School weeks are according to the government’s education calendar of the student’s state of residence.
b. Payment
Payments are taken two weeks in advance through auto-debit.
c. Auto-Renewal
Committed Plan enrolments automatically renew each term so that your child’s tutoring continues without interruption. If you wish to stop before the next term begins, please get in touch with us at least 2 weeks prior to the new term.
d. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a 1-to-1 tutoring session for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduled sessions must take place within two weeks, and an alternative tutor may be assigned if the original tutor is unavailable.
e. Cancellation During Term
Once a term has begun, Committed Plan enrolments cannot be cancelled early except in exceptional circumstances. All booked sessions for the term must be used.
f. School Holiday Pauses
By default, there are no sessions during school holidays unless you request to continue. Please let us know in advance if you wish to keep tutoring during the break.
2. Flexible Plan
The Flexible Plan is a weekly auto-debit model with the flexibility to cancel for credit.
a. Fees
Year 4 – Year 7: $86 per school week* per 1-on-1session
Year 8 – Year 10: $92 per school week* per 1-on-1 session
Year 11 – Year 12: $96 per school week* per 1-on-1 session
*School weeks are according to the government’s education calendar of the student’s state of residence.
b. Payment
Sessions are invoiced one week in advance through auto-debit.
c. Auto-Renewal
Flexible Plan enrolments automatically continue from term to term to secure your child’s place with their tutor. If you wish to stop tutoring please get in touch with us at least 1 week in advance.
d. Rescheduling

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the session start time will be credited for future use. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for credit.
